For Michael: Greg Kennedy juggles in a cone. I think juggling in a sphere would make a great sequel to this, because then you could cause the sphere to rotate by walking around in it while juggling.
Quite possibly the best cover of all time: The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain plays _Teen Spirit_.
Lloyd has a great collection of essays on human evolution. Not surprisingly, my favorite one is about breasts; it tackles the question of why human females have permanently enlarged breasts, unlike other primates in which they are enlarged only during breastfeeding. (One of the many great facts discussed in the essay is that married women have more symmetrical and slightly smaller breasts than unmarried women.) Other essays consider "Why Bond Villans Employ Dwarves", "Why Men Won't Dance", and "Why Vegetarians Should be Force Fed Lard".
