Battle!

I've designed another game, which I'm tentatively calling Battle! on the hopes that I can corner the market on games starting with B and ending with an exclamation point.

A first draft of the rules are here, but it desperately needs some diagrams. I don't suppose anyone knows of a free image editing program that has a built in hex grid tool?
